Find a Tree Friend  Over the years, I gained some expertise in communing with trees and I love sharing this soft skill with others.  This is why I came up with a new workshop format that combines online  Zoom calls and guided tree-connection practices outdoors in your local environment.  

I invite you to join a group of tree enthusiasts on  Sunday 22nd of October for the first - Find a Tree Friend - day. I  envision offering a tree day in each season and this will be our Autumn day, held within the profound magic of this season.  

We have two one-hour-long Zoom sessions on that day. One in the morning at 10 am and one in the late afternoon at 4 pm, with a five-hour window in between.  Giving you time to venture out and apply the practices I share with a  tree that is accessible to you where you live or find yourself on that day.  

During The morning session, I establish a container for the day and pass on tools and nuggets of inspiration for you to feel guided towards and connect with a tree. This includes observational skills, the basics of tree communication and fun activities you can incorporate whilst spending time with your tree friend.   

You are then invited to spend some time outside and experiment with what you've learned.  Either by yourself or with someone else. You could take a child,  children, your partner or a friend out with you and become tree pilgrims for the day.  

In the late afternoon we get together online a second time, to give participants a chance to share their experiences, hear other people's adventures and ask questions. Together we will create a  web of light across the land, giving thanks to the trees for all their beauty and generosity.   

There will be recordings accessible for people who can't join live.
